perspectives of a guest, a night watcher and a stranger.
When no one is lying, what is the truth?
The main references are based on Blind Man Parable,
2nd Circle of Hell and Rashomon Effect.

The research helped us to structure game flow
and support game design decisions. We mixed Rashomon Effect, 2nd circle of hell and the blind man parable in a disturbing narrative.
- G A M E L O G O -
We used the ratio 9: 3 units, similar to the construction of Dante's Divine Comedy, one of the references to the game.
The Divine Comedy is divided into 3 books (Hell, Purgatory and Paradise) and each book has 33 corners (where Hell has an extra corner, which serves as an introduction)

We use diegetic concepts, similar to video tape player. VHS tapes works as a game slots and settings options.
The big challenge here is develop an affordable interactions in 3DOF (Three Degrees of Freedom) controller.

Title cards works as a intro to the chapter. Its shows the mood and style of the chapter, suggesting a uncanny situation and stimulating provocations.

N A V I G A T I O N
Navigation are based on "fade-to-black" teleport,
to minimize motion sickness.
We need to reinforce the environment exploration. To do this, we hide waypoints when reticle is out of collider range.
