Bandung is a well-known city of tourism. One of them is zoological park named Kebun Binatang Tamansari Bandung (Tamansari Zoo Bandung). Besides as tourism and recreation site, Tamansari zoo has special objective as education and knowledge center about animals. Unfortunately, there are lack of media that could support it.
The information and data obtained from interview with Tamansari zoo head department, observation at the zoo, also questioner to the Tamansari Zoo visitors, analysis to another recre-ducational tourism site in Bandung, and SWOT analysis, in conclusion; Tamansari zoo needs communication media that could have share the information and knowledge about animals to the visitors. And also the promotion ideas that hopefully might increase the awareness and call-to-action of people interest to visit Tamansari Zoo.
