This was a start-up property management company in need of a brand. They wanted their brand to portray professionalism, approachability, and a touch of class.

While the name was predetermined, the tagline was our brain child. The owners were looking to be much more personal than other management companies in the area, so we thought that something familiar and informal would compliment their brand and logo nicely.

We designed a responsive website that will eventually allow clients to search for and apply to rent properties.
