Mad Max: Fury Road

Linocut print
Mad Max has been one of my favorite series of films since I was a child, so I wanted to pay tribute to this saga with this linocut print.
The idea was to create an artwork completely by hand, from the beginning to the end, featuring the introductory text from the film Mad Max: Fury Road, so I started the sketching process in calligraphy and then, continued the work drawing over it to have a final layout ready to transfer to the linoleum for carving it.
A limited edition of 50 was printed by hand at La Seiscuatro, using two inks on a 250 gsm Canson Edition Extra White archival paper.
