Based on the idea that the digital landscape is a parallel space simulating the real world, Living bits is an entertainment mobile app that can allow users to deconstruct the real world into basic geometric shapes and reconstruct into an abstract art piece based on the original one.

 

Users can take pictures of their loved landscapes, objects, animals, people, etc. Then they can choose a basic shape like triangle or diamond, adjust the shape size they want which can compose the picture and add some effects on it like inversing the image. The app will calculate how to deconstruct the images and produce a new image based on the program randomly.

 

Users can save or share those images. They can also post them on a virtual map, which composed by other abstract art pieces.
