SCENARIO (Interior design of a missile silo)
QU-ART-ER is an utopic scenario about an transformation process of a missile silo to a city. In 2062 four designers who could escaped from restrictions of the government, decided to create a secret city and they transformed a military quarter to an underground city where they easily express themselves.
There are no many options and opportunities to construct the city,except the junkyards.They defined actions which are restricted by the government on the ground to create different zones where they can do whatever they wish such as; drinking,dancing,writing,reading,etc.
