I made this by going to camera raw filter and going through blend tools

Made this with blend tools.

Took the above image and put it through camera raw filter.

A red grid with a black background and added blend tools and a bit through camera raw filter.

Used camera raw filter to make the whites pop out more and made it a bit brighter.
