The purpose of this project is to show the story of the impact of art on my life from the past to the present and future. My goal to be make this project success is to express my skills and ideas using through Adobe Spark video and Memes. Also, the important thing for completing this project is good story development. The process and methods of the story is the main focus.

Audience: 14-20 years old who are suffering from puberty and concerning about their career.

Purpose: Puberty youth. Some students relatively pass puberty easily, on the other hands, most of students suffer from it. Such as, experience of secondary sex characteristics, increase attention of appearances and increase degree of sensitivities. Also, they are worried about their career at that time. The purpose of my story is to tell people how to overcome my difficulties.

14-20 years old people, who are suffering from puberty or concerning about their career, good to be my audience. My story is about how did I overcome from my difficulty when I am puberty. This story is very important and meaningful to me because I am present by overcoming my difficulty. Therefore, I want my story be a great consolation to my audience. Also, I want them to try my way.

PAST:

My earliest creative influences began with an inferiority feeling for classmates. Their drawing skills were much better than I did. Therefore, I decided to learn drawing in art academy. I was proud of myself as I watched my drawing skill improving as I learn drawing. Nevertheless my parents knew that I was talented in art, but my parents objected me to having an art-related job because I was preparing Korean national Taekwondo players. They wanted me to keep doing it. Therefore, Korean national Taekwondo player was my goal and art was my hobby, so it took me long time to make decision to study art professionally. My interest were sketch and painting because that was what I learned the first time. And my earlier art education experience prepared me for pursuit of my current area of interest which is product design. From a long time ago, I had the ability to find out the shortcomings. And I seriously thoughtmabout my ability. I decided that this talent could be my strength as a product designer. So I made a decision to study about design to be a product designer. I have ambition in this field. Now, I am very unsatisfied, but someday I will surely achieve my dream. I was inspired by my father. He is a businessmen and he success in his business area. I always think that I want to be like my dad and he doesn't know much about my field but he always cheer me up. 

PRESENT:

My interest affected my life which makes me have real goal. And about my interest, people around me were surprised because it is big change to me from taekwondo to art design. Base on my basic art education, my ability which good at find things' shortcomings is creative as a product design. However, unfortunately, I do not have any result in my filed yet. Therefore, I cannot prove that I am ability as a product designer but when I work on my assignments that school gives, mostly successful even though it wasn't about product design. However, I still have challenge at my school which require computer technician. Nevertheless, design assignments were my "epic win" that I enjoyed at school because I like designing and I feel satisfied when I get the marks. On the other hands, my "epic fail' is when I have an assignment which requires English skills because I am an international student. English is not a first language to me; therefore, I have hard time doing English required assignments. Other than that, I proud of my past assignment results such as, pug pointillistaion, gray scale, and pencilcrayons drawing and so on.      

FUTURE:

After five years, I will work in the product company as a product designer in product designer position. I might not have any career other than have certified from Foundation Art and Design program and graduate Interaction Design and Development  program in George Brown College. I have learned the most important lesson as a student this years that must be sincere to succeed. Practice, effort, and integrity do not betray me. So I would like to give an advice to people who are considering entering a program aimed at a career in a creative field. Study and try continuously. After do so, the results will satisfy you. If my wish will come true, I will wish to be a faithful person.

Story Outline/Script

- Hi My name is Jihye Jeon. This is my Korean name meaning wisdom. But in Canada, I prefer to calling as Julia. 
- When I was a child, I was an active child with a talent for exercise and not interested in art at all. 
- I even asked to my mom to learn Taekwondo as my 6th birthday present.
- From my mother 's consent, I started to learn Taekwondo and I went to many Taekwondo competitions for 10 years and won each times.
- So my future hope was naturally a national athlete in taekwondo.
- I was a Taekwondo jonior player, so I was very competitive and prideful.
- One day when I was in art class at school, I was frustrated because all my friends drawing skill were better than me. 
- My drawing skill was the worst. My pride was hurt and my desire to win was activated.
- So I asked to my mom again that I want to learn art and she let me learn it.
- I learned Taekwondo and art at the same period. I learned art for 6 years as a hobby and becoming a national Taekwondo player was still my future hope at that time.

- However, unfortunately, I reached puberty when I was 16 years old. 

- Some youth pass through puberty easily; on the other hands, some youth experience hard time at puberty period. For example, they become emotional and reflexive, and they become more interested in their appearance.

- I was a latter which very sensitive, reflexive and interested in my appearance.

- So I became less interested in Taekwondo because I looked like a boy. I wanted to look like a pretty girl. Finally, I stopped doing Taekwondo and my future hope was disappeared all of sudden. 

- Me and my parents worried about my future. So I had difficult moment at that time. 

- As a result, my parents decided to send me to abroad for studying English and finding myself.

- And it's been 4 years now since I came to Canada and it took 3 years to choose my career area.

- Now I am trying hard based on my basic art education for 6 years at Art and design Foundation program at George Brown College.

- I want to tell to people, who are suffering from puberty and career, don't panic and don't worry. You are still young. You have time. Take your time to consider seriously about your career area. And if you think you choose wrong area to you, you can study other field. Don't think you have wasted your time.
