Based on a found object or piece of architecture, I constructed a typeface. I chose to base my typeface off a globe. Through research, generating descriptive words and tracing my object I constructed the following typeface. The basic characteristics are geometric and mono-width with display elements in the encompassing lines meant to mirror latitude lines.
