Manchester: Knowledge Capital appointed TYPOCOM to develop the creative direction of the brand as it launched a repositioning strategy to be seen as a 'global' rather than a 'local' organisation. Symbolizing the evolution of an idea from a centre point or 'hub' through an 'explosion of knowledge', the new logo incorporates a vibrant colour scheme, reflective of the diversity and creativity of the city.

With an emphasis on white space and typographical structure, TYPOCOM devised a flexible and refreshing identity system, creating consistency and strength through the design. These principles have been applied to the delivery of stationery, promotional literature, an expandable booklet/poster and DVD packaging.
