[PT] O Future Leader, realizado em março de 2016 no Obeid Plaza Hotel e voltado aos jovens empreendedores, contou com a presença de cerca de 200 estudantes de instituições públicas e privadas de Ensino Superior em Bauru. Como primeiro evento do On the Job, ficou marcado por apresentar a marca da organização para toda a comunidade bauruense.
[EN] The Future Leader, held in March 2016 at Obeid Plaza Hotel and aimed at young entrepreneurs, was attended by about 200 students from public and private institutions of higher education in Bauru. [PT] O segundo evento ficou marcado por inaugurar a corrida eleitoral de 2016 em Bauru. O Fórum Político do Interior, realizado no Teatro Municipal em julho de 2016, contou com a presença dos principais candidatos a prefeito da cidade. O Fórum teve grande repercussão estadual, sendo noticiado pela mídia impressa, digital e audiovisual da região.

The Interior Political Forum, held at the Municipal Theater in July 2016, was attended by the main candidates for mayor of the city. [PT] Realizado em junho de 2017, também no Teatro Municipal de Bauru, o Fórum Regional do Varejo destacou-se por trazer grandes empreendedores do varejo regional e nacional, compartilhando suas experiências com todo o público presente.
