Tirso created a new bottle form to contain a hot-filled product, which was a new formulation for both Gatorade’s package and product. Previously, the cold fill product was in a generic blow molded bottle. The new package platform used hot-fill technology which required a custom bottle to provide package integrity for hot-fill while creating a new sports bottle image of convenience and accessibility for consumers.
