// Born out of South American barbecues, beer and laughter, Fat Possum Orchestra formed between good musical mates. Keen to share their love of ska, while exploring new ideas and flavours, the Sydney siders began jamming together early 2017. The result was a musical recipe of reggae, ska, jazz and funk, and tinged with some Afro-Latin fusion. With new originals and arranged covers, they'll engage their audiences in their creative rhythms and grooves. Fat Possum Orchestra is flexible enough to attack as a small 8-piece orchestra, or beef things up by adding more horns - but always promises to keep people dancing!
