This project is in the field of Maternal Health care. Primary Health Center has 17,000 registered pregnant women. The study was conducted in 2 sub centers at Amingaon, Guwahati. The aim is to educate the pregnant women about their pregnancy, create awareness regarding Government aids and pregnancy measures. The structure flows the following hierarchy: NRHM - PHC - SUB CENTER (North Guwahati) - AMINGAON - DOCTORS - ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activists) - ANGANWARI members - PREGNANT WOMEN. 

After identifying the problem, the focus was on possible design solutions which could be implemented to spread awareness of medical card. After brainstorming on the possible design solutions, the final design was designing of an audio medical card which would explain and educate the user to know about the details of pregnancy and its complications.
