This is a collection of past work that shows custom illustration and designs for screen printed shirts that I did for the Military around the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area.

The process usually began with a concept sketch, then inked by hand and scanned into the computer, then painted in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet and typeset. Once approval was given, then the separations were made for film positives and burned as stencils.

These images are color proofs which were used at the press for color consistency and for customer approval of the designs. Many were built as spot color so RGB was used to represent bright and colorful results. Sometimes we used CMYK on lights for a softer hand.
