Lo-Flo Records was created to archive and share the works of Jane McNealy, a classically trained pianist, composer and singer songwriter. Writer for Mercury records, under the wing of Jazz great Harold Battiste Jr. and Marzique Music Company, Jane has created a prolific 20 years body of R&B, Jazz and contemporary music.
I had the chance to work on a whole family of covers, for which I chose to create a poetic and colorful universe in watercolor and cutting paper. Epiphany is the last one, and a bit different from the rest of the family. The songs came out of a revelation from the artist musician, Jane McNealy.
