La volonté de CTG Luxembourg est de se distinguer afin d'attirer de bons profils de candidats. La charte graphique a été travaillée en se basant sur les exigences graphiques du groupe. Cependant, l'intérêt était de la décliner afin d'apporter un aspect humain et joueur en lien avec les profils tech recherchés.
La contrainte était de créer un PDF administrable afin que l'équipe de recrutement puisse être totalement autonome.

CTG is an international company, offering information technology services. Because of its dimension, it always hires new talents.
The company’s decision is to differentiate itself to attract strong candidates. The corporate identity charter of this project has been reworked from the company’s graphic requirements. However, the interest was to offer a variety of it, in order to bring a human and gaming aspect in relation to the tech profiles looked after.
The constraint was to create an administrable PDF, for the team to be totally self-sufficient.
