In 2015, over 89,000 refugee children migrated ALONE to the European Union (EU). These children were sent on the 2,000 mile journey by their desperate parents since they did not have enough money for the entire family to escape their war-torn home countries together. They sent their children out into the world alone in the hopes that they would find a safer life.

As of February 2016, there are 10,000 refugee children missing. Now, 10,000 even more desperate and guilt-ridden parents are waiting for a call from their children.
