All under one roof.

The LIST Group is a dynamically growing group of companies that develops, plans and builds commercial real estate throughout Germany.

The relaunch of the corporate design was about being (re) recognizable as a single company and a group. Group affiliation helps the individual companies to strengthen their individual profiles and differentiate themselves positively from their competitors. We have merged the nine trademarks of the individual companies into one brand family - uniformly under one roof.
