Sword & Shield is an upcoming security system for tech companies. Their software includes password protection, server backups, malware protection, and more. They are focused on appealing to medium to large scale technology companies. For their logo, they specified the want to have a sword and a shield and that the logo is showcased in two formats, a light and dark.
I chose a Navy in colour, feeling that the blue is that of security. I did this to appeal to the audiences that this product is secure to the highest level. The icons within the logo, besides that of the sword and shield include an 'and' symbol and a pad lock. I felt that the sword's emblem should include those two properties. The design otherwise is quite simple. For this logo I also developed secondary and tertiary logos, for simplicity and multi-purpose.
