Lapsity Mobile App

Lapsity is a mobile application that allows users to turn their everyday physical activities into charitable contributions. All they have to do is turn on the Lapsity app, choose their mode of transportation (as long is human powered), whether it's running, walking, biking, or kayaking, and start moving. Sponsoring businesses match the miles with a certain dollar amount, and charities sit back, and watch the donations come in.

We wanted Lapsity to have a fun, light-hearted feel to it so everyone involved would feel comfortable, empowered, and happy whenever they used, wore, or spoke about the Lapsity brand.
Posters: These posters highlight the heart of Lapsity. Every poster would be city specific, and would be used for events, merchandise, and advertising purposes for Lapsity. We went to real locations in the Bay Area to photograph them and the runners.
Businesses would have their own, personalized, section of the website. They would not only be able to view, edit, and track their progress with consumers seeing their name and involvement, but they would have access to a news and events feed for Lapsity, top and newly added charities, other partners that are involved, ways to connect with Lapsity employees, and more.
Consumer Web Page: Consumers would have supporting information that best fits their use of the Lapsity product. This includes businesses that are involved, and who they are supporting (if they have chosen a specific charity or nonprofit), a leader board for Lapsity users of who is doing the most miles and raising the most money, new charities that get involved, and Lapsity news/events updates.
Email Blast: An email blast would be sent to all potential businesses that talks about what Lapsity is all about, a few of the reasons why its important for the business to get involved, and supporting features on the website with further details on the give and take of doing good.
Business Map: San Francisco plays an integral role in how and why Lapsity was created. Using the same, fun-loving design of the rest of the brand, we created a map to encourage and help potential business sponsors understand what it means to get involved with Lapsity we created this map that gives just a few reasons as to why their involvement is important.
