A MOSTRARTE não pretende ser apenas um festival. Vai muito para além disso o campo de actuação desta Mostra Académica de Artes e Imagem. Pretende, antes de mais, estimular, promover e divulgar as novas ideias, expressões e tecnologias no campo das artes e do audiovisual que originam no ambiente educativo. É no meio académico que fervilha o sangue novo, onde as ideias não têm limites e o campo da experimentação é mais efervescente e efusivo. Trazer o ensino para rua e discutir, visionar e validar os projectos desenvolvidos nos espaços educativos é ambição da MOSTRARTE. Este festival de artes e imagem não exclui nenhuma forma de expressão, o que favorece a captação de novos públicos pela sua transversalidade. Está aberto a qualquer estudante, de qualquer nacionalidade, etnia ou credo, que frequente uma instituição académica.
MOSTRARTE does not intend to be just a festival. The scope of this Academic Show of Arts and Image goes way beyond that. First of all, it intends to stimulate, promote and disseminate new ideas, expressions and technologies in the arts and audiovisual field surfacing in the educational environment. Young blood seethes within the academic world, where ideas are limitless and the experimentation is more lively and gushing. MOSTRARTE’s ambition is to bring teaching to the streets and discuss, watch and validate the projects developed in an educational context. This arts and image festival does not exclude any form of expression, and so it is favourable to capturing new audiences by its transversality. It is open to any student of any nationality, ethnic background or faith, attending an academic institution.
