Relaunching the Allianz Corporate Identity

In 2011 I was tasked with redesigning the Allianz.com corporate identity. As the Allianz is an international insurance company, it was important to think scalable and come up with a system that can be applied to the various international entities. We came up with a tile system that worked within a grid that enabled scalability across entities, but also across platforms as in 2011, the trend towards 'mobile first' began. 
Our systematic approach had to please our the Allianz first, and then we had to think on how to hand over our concept to the agency who was executing the production (while we were leading the concept).

The biggest conceptual challenge was to re-invent the job search platform for their corporate site as the requirements for jobs at insurance companies are strange to a design agency at first:
