Jono is my closest friend and for his birthday, instead of doing a more "stock-standard" illustration, I felt he needed to be turned into some kind of hero. But I didn't want to take the typical route of superheroes, so instead I decided on giving his illustration a little more realism with a touch of humor and some Mexican-inspired flavour.
