Sakura Front Leaflet

Sakura Front is a charity group based in London. The project is launched by Japanese artists and designers right after the quake and tsunami in Tohoku area. They produce "Sakura Brooch" (Sakura is a cherry blossom, the Japanese national flower) and sell the brooches for £1. Half of this money covers the production costs; the other half is donated to recognized Japanese based charities such as the Sakura Namiki Network. As the Japanese flag is red and white, this colour combination gives strongly the leaflet Japanese feeling, cleanness, and simplicity. And it also tells the story visually that the donation from the sakura brooch is used for planting cherry blossoms in the devastated areas.
