Voronoi Monome - 3D Printing Inspired by lLife

Voronoi Monome

3d printing inspired by life

The Monome is a open source grid controller. In this custom design a generative voronoi algorithm was utilized to create the model for 3d printing. Additionally ultra bright special wavelength LEDs were used for the buttons.

The design process can be adapted to other use cases, eg. different cases for specific hardware or architectural design. It is beneficial for the manufacturing in terms of material cost / stability ratio.
