So this is the final project I did for my Advanced Diploma in Visual Communication. 
Goodbye happy school days :( 

I wrote and illustrated a short story based on a legend in the Maldives about how an island down south came to be uninhabited. The written story wasnt that amazing, but thats okay because the text contributed nothing to my grade. 

All illustrations are drawn with technical pen and then scanned in and coloured with photoshop. 
The book is hand bound.

The clay toys are handmade with paper clay and then painted over with acrylic and markers. 
The bookmarks are printed on cloth and then sewn. The buttons are also printed on cloth. And then there are those pillows and hanging art print things.
