First step, starts as a hand drawn sketch

The Sketch is retraced to clean up the line, then separated in layers

Then I add the main color sections. Note since I want to create the illusion that she's wearing a translucent latex outfit, I have to paint her body with a slight skin tone first.

Over the initial color, I add more white to create the clothes volume.

The line is no longer needed, so I simply turn off the line layer, then add some details and color.
