School assignment

This was a packaging project for the Pro Cartong Young Designer Awards. The assignment was to create a secondary package for a bottled drink. The concept should be based on a special event or occation and build upon the myths of the drink. We worked in groups of three. My group created the brand SNAPS - Taste of Swedish Midsummer. It's a two piece design where the bottom piece can be folded out and be put on the table as a decoration. The concept is based on the Swedish Midsummer tradition and its typical alcoholic beverage snaps. Our thought with the product is that it could work as a souvenir or a gift that can spread and inform about the special Midsummer tradition we have in Sweden.
