Creating annual reports for two related organizations with very different missions. The Door, founded in 1972, is a center helping youths in need. University Settlement is a 125-year-old organization that provides a wide range of community programs to people of all ages. The reports had to work both together and independently.

Both reports were designed to graphically convey the organizations’ joint relationship as well as highlight their individual personalities.The covers relate, while the interiors differ. For The Door, we used edgier photography and typography with vibrant colors to reflect the energy of the center. For University Settlement, the photography was more traditional in nature, more conservative typefaces were used,and a calmer color palette. A belly band was created to unite the pair of reports.
