The Shaw Rocket Fund wanted posters for food stations at an event that would award a prize to the Best Canadian Children's Television Program . The posters would display the names of the finalists and the cities in which they're produced. Visually, the iconic imagery of and cuisine associated with each city became the key focal point. Each were also designed to tie them together as a series and provide equal emphasis to each.​​​​​​​
