"Picasso y el Mediterráneo", is the new exhibition of the Fundación Canal in which we have collaborated. A selection of 91 works, including paper and ceramics, describes Picasso's relationship with the Mediterranean sea, one of the artist's most constant sources of inspiration to the artist.
The tour of the exhibition brings the spectator to the shores of the Mediterranean sea. The alternation of aquamarine blue and off-white stripes plays the main role in the setting, reminiscent of the beachwear fashion of the early twentieth century, like one of the most iconic images of the "malagueño" artist; his striped sailor t-shirts.
This same environment was also reflected it in the other elements that form the exhibition.
