Snapchat Geofilter: RMIT University
This is a Snapchat geofilter for Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University. The geofilter includes illustrations of items that students use and RMIT’s logo positioned in a kaleidoscope style with a hand drawn illustration of RMIT’s name in the middle. I initiated to design and submit a design to Snapchat because I feel that the existing Snapchat Geofilters of RMIT doesn’t represent the university well. I want the Snapchat Geofilter to relate more to the students, therefore I included items that students could relate to and chose to illustrate it to give a lively impression.
The Snapchat Geofilter was live and active since 3rd of May 2017. There are 266.8k views and 9.3k conversions as of 10th of June 2017.
