I was lucky enough to be flown up to Martha's Vineyard, Mass. to film a series of videos for the Atlantic - a restaurant owned by the Daiza Restaurant Group.
I worked with them to film a total of eight videos, all to promote their restaurant for the upcoming busy season. The goal we had in mind was to keep the videos educational as to offer value to new and existing clientele.
I like all of the videos that we shot on the island, but this one right here is the house favorite. The preceding video is on different cuts of beef, where they are located in a cow and how they are utilized in the kitchen of the Atlantic.
This one was conceptualized, illustrated, filmed and edited by me.
