This project was to be the administration centre for the company's operations in Wickham with an adjoining training facility, and emphasis was placed on creating an 'iconic' building which would form a centrepiece of the planned beautification of the town's high street. 4-star GreenStar equivalency was sought via specification of ecologically rated building products, solar water heating and provision of cyclist facilities, small car bays and public transport amenity. Unfortunately, due to a lack of funding the project did not go ahead.
