We realised that 8tracks appeals to mostly millennials and decided to revamp the website to fit their taste while keeping the key features of 8tracks untouched.

Millennials like to discover new experiences and what better way than through music? Therefore we included the "Surprise Me" feature whereby 8tracks gives users around 7 random songs to choose from and who knows, the might discover something that they like.

Another feature implemented is the Moods and Genre feature whereby users have a somewhat specific mood and might want to listen the something that suits the mood, therefore they an just click on it and explore songs with the same mood and hopefully connect with the song and its composer emotionally.
