for my last project at penn, i did five 2-page spreads of scenes from the musical wicked. it was an exercise in character and scene design, and we worked and re-worked composition to try to best tell a story without using any text.
twas a very satisfying thing to end my undergrad with, and rather addicting to page through as a booklet when it was printed out and bound.
thanks to SO many great friends who took my barrage of screencaps and gave me their honest reactions to my choices. thanks to scotty reifsnyder for being a fantastic mentor and teacher throughout!
also thanks to the linear nature of time for forcing me to keep my drawings loose and my compositions economical woohoo
