The Bagus Film Festival project is a self initiated passion project and a re-imagination of a project that I did back in 2014. It's a re-imagination of what the project could have been and what it could be in the future. It is a culmination of my love for design, movies and socially conscious impact project.
Bagus Film Festival
The BFF 2014 is a festival that was born out of a concern for the local-Indonesian film industry. We're trying to accommodate the voice of the people to create a solution for the future of the Indonesian film industry. With 2014 being an Election year, we're trying to create a platform where people can speak their mind and express themselves hence the "SPEAK UP!" theme. We want to embody the spirit of an open democracy through the festival, that's we focused on bringing panels, discussions and debate panels to a this year's festival. The word "Bagus" it self is an Indonesian word that has a literal meaning of "good" in English, so as aligned with the intent, Bagus Film Festival essentially means "the good film festival" and that is what we're trying to bring to the local film industry.
Lanyard & Wristbands
The lanyard design are made into several different designs as it is also made to cater different use on the field.
The Wristbands are categorized by the level of tier of their initial ticket purchase.
BFF 2014 Festival Guide
The BFF 2014 Festival Guide is a one stop comprehensive booklet that will tell everything from movie synopsis, theatre location, movie schedules, panel schedules, and to further strengthen the theme of the festival we put a big feedback tearable sheet that you can use express your opinion about the festival.
Festival Tickets
We designed the ticket to have different color for different days, as well as for a special "midnight" section. We also designed the ticket cover/holder to have both the synopsis of the movie as well as feedback column so the people that watched the movie could have a direct feedback to the creators of the movie.
