MCC Sale Passport Activity (scavenger hunt) project.

Front and back panel of a double-sided activity booklet that I designed in April to run as a scavenger activity for young children during the Mennonite Relief Sale 2017. it corresponded with an art exhibition that is currently being held on the Fresno Pacific University campus of Ray Dirks' exhibition, Along the Road to Freedom: Mennonite Women of Courage and Faith. This exhibition is a traveling exhibition which originated from Canada and details the stories of Mennonite women who escape communist Russia during 1920s-1940s, many without husbands (due to their death at the hands of Stalin).
Condensed view of the inside panel of the booklet. The activity is designed that children go in search of the objects pictured. All are contained in the artwork of Ray Dirks, which is on display across 2 gallery areas on the campus. Upon finding the object, the gallery attendant stamps the child's passport for each object found. The end journey is the child gets to pick their future destination and receive a stamp for the country chosen.
The font used for the project was American Typewriter and Avenir (based on client's desire)
