Cascading Hydrogen Fueling Cart used to fuel a hydrogen-powered vehicle from four standard steel gas cylinders at the same time. The cart enables fueling from each cylinder individually to optimize pressure usage. All components are rated to handle gas from 6000 psi cylinders equipped with a 350 bar OPW/Sherex nozzle that is SAE J2600 compliant. The cart folds vertically for easy storage and has wide wheels for easy transportation.

The base of the cart started out as a convertible dolly. It was modified with a roller stand to create the foldable cart platform.
All components are stainless steel 316 Swagelok fittings and tubing. I hand-plumbed everything myself.
