So I came up with some ideas and talked with my family members and we had come to come up with some things that we felt resembled our family such as pasta and the cross.

these were the first two comps, however, they drastically changed as the actual illustrating process started.

I tried to keep it live with everything I experimented with but most things I kept live through old versions of the crest.

These were my three final versions and me and all of my family members agreed that the right was the best.

this was the final version of the crest with the black and white version. It looks better with the colors but it doesn't look bad with the black and white.
