My initial interest for this work was to explore the use of “b-boying” or “breaking” (break dancing) as an application of mark making. In the hopes of discovering any possible hidden patterns or an organic design, the outcome of the marks would serve as a visual representation of what is experienced by the dancer when the music inspires the actions. 

The marks are a manifestation of what is felt in the moment.
