Ola Store is a hyperlocal grocery delivery service. Ola Store was built around the premise of quick delivery, in one-hour delivery slots, payments options include Ola money, as well as cash and card on delivery. Store has tied up with retail chains such as PNP Retail, Topintown, and Namdhari's Fresh, among others.
Ola Store was lacking character, while I began work in Ola Store. I got a chance to work with the design team to build upon the branding, illustrations and define a character to the brand. Once we figured out the brand, I majorly had to focus on designing the merchandise for Ola Store. I got to work on designing the T-shirts, Jackets, Carry bags, Delivery Boy bags, Fridge magnets etc. Also along side I also worked on the Website and Blog.
As a part of this project, I was also helping the design team to work on the Branding of Ola Store.These are a few Ideas that I had worked on. The main keywords that I focussed while working on this were- Smile, Motion, Collage, Shopping, Delivery, Superpower, Fast.

This version of the logo was one of my favourites. This one also got up to the presentations.. But was not selected :P

Now that the logo version did not get in to the final rounds, I was assigned working on the defining an illustration style for the brand. I wanted store to be a fun brand, also keeping in mind that the illustration designed should not overpower the brand. So I can up with these line illustrations, created characters out of the daily objects that you get from store. I also extended this same style into the app. I used these line illustrations on Loaders, Emptystates, Stamps, Error pages, Walkthroughs etc.

Emptystates for different usecases were also designed as a part of this project. So I extended the illustration style that was developed into these in app screens.
A Simple webpage was also designed for the launch of Ola Store.
I also got a chance to design the blog for Ola Store, This was designed using bootstrap 12 grid. This blog template was designed to be responsive on all viewports.
This project with Ola Store gave me a chance to improve my illustration/ visual skills, also this helped the brand get a visual language that supports the branding. Also lots of the work done in this project was under tight timelines. My contribution for this Ola Store are majorly on creating the visual language for Olastore merchandise, Design the illustration style, Design the Website and Blog for the brand.
