Mendes Sibara, a property development company, launched an innovative project in Balneário Camboriú, a famous Brazilian beach: two towers with an exclusive marina, the first of this kind in South America. To communicate this idea, we created an ad campaign using 3 different characters with distinct approaches, but all of them can be at Marina Beach Towers. It doesn't matter whether you'd rather fish or dive, your boat is one lift away from your apartment.
