A modernized Pistons logo with a nod to the "Bad Boy" heritage. It starts with the subtle incorporation of the Old English “D” into the “P” in the logotype. Pointed accents on each letter give it some attitude as well.
 
The uniforms remained mostly intact from the championship teams, just a new type treatment.
