Fictive Kin is a collective of designers and developers working to make some of the best products on the web. Based primarily in Brooklyn, with members across the globe, they are best known for conferences such as brooklynbeta.org and apps such as gimmebar.com and teuxdeux.com

Having joined forces with Betaworks and Analog earlier this year, Fictive Kin needed a new identity to strengthen their brand. A juxtaposition of script and serif was the call of the day, bringing to life the idea of Fictive Kinship- "Friends who are more like family".
