Kelsey O'Shaughnessy is a 21 year old entrepreneur. As she completes her Communications (Ad/PR) degree in Chicago, she is looking to the future. Baking had always been a passion and Kelsey was thrilled to take Wilton Method decorating courses from her baking mentor this summer. After being asked to create customized cookies for a major event at her PR internship, Kelsey decided it was time to take her dream to the next level. Soon after, {sweetie} was officially born. Kelsey strives to produce a cute creation for every occasion, while making sure that taste is always of the highest quality. She is thrilled for the future of the company and cannot wait to grow to eventually operate a storefront.
