Food on the Edge is a two day symposium that takes place annually in Galway city, Ireland. It is for chefs & food enthusiasts all around the world who want to create a better global network.

Chef Will Goldfarb joined PTT Family as its Director of Culinary in 2016. Most recently known for his popular and much-lauded Room4Dessert in Ubud, Will has an international reputation for his mastery and innovation with stints in the famed kitchens of El Bulli, Gerald Mulot, Cibreo and Tetsuya. After making a splash in the New York culinary scene with his work at Papillon, Morimoto, Cru and the original Room4Dessert, Will relocated to Bali and oversaw the research and development and pastry programmes at Mejekawi and KU DE TA. Along the way, Will has been nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Pastry Chef in America, was named one of Pastry Art and Design’s "10 Best Pastry Chefs in America," and won the Starchef "Rising Star" award.
Will is known for his ability to blend cutting-edge gastronomy with classic techniques and flavours to create never-before-seen dishes. At PTT Family, the acclaimed chef will lead the culinary direction for all of establishments, help position the group on the world culinary stage, and work closely with the different culinary and creative teams to develop groundbreaking concepts.
