As a response to this years (2012) Little White Lies brief I chose to create a mixed media cover for the movie Black Swan featuring Natalie Portman as the lead figure. Below are the pencil sketches, which I then scanned and incorporated, and the final piece. Throughout the whole project I was determined for the cover to keep the look of 'hand painted and drawn', not to make it look to digital, even though some parts where digitally edited.
