You could approach the project in a number ways, merrily, aimed at the old or the young, or even be grinch.

A large cube and a single red fairy light encased by a frame of perspex.
After some critical discussions I decided that I wanted to push the boundaries a little more.

A large cube, a single fairy light, a broken bauble and live maggots... The idea was rejected.
Back to the drawing board.
